How To Setup

Please note that we do not accept any new customers. Our service hasn't been impacted and we only service our current existing customers.

We understand that you need to try in order to trust and we allow you to try for free without registering. We are based in Canada and this service is provided to Canadians only.

Step 1 - Your Router

These steps are provided for users that don't know how to get to their home's router

Windows

Click Start > All Programs > Accessories > Command Prompt.

In the Command Prompt window type the following command:
ipconfig | findstr /i "Gateway"

Mind the spaces in between. You should see something like this:
C:\Documents and Settings\administrator>ipconfig | findstr /i "Gateway"
Default Gateway . . . . . . . . . : 192.168.1.254

In this example, your router IP address is 192.168.1.254. Enter the IP information below and our tool will direct you to the next step.

Mac OS

click Finder > Applications > Utilities > Terminal.app

When Terminal is open, type the following command: netstat -nr | grep default

This will output the following:
account$ netstat -nr | grep default
default 192.168.1.254 UGSc 50 46 en1

In this example, your router IP address is 192.168.1.254. Enter the IP information below and our tool will direct you to the next step.

iPad

click Settings icon

When Settings is open, go to Wi-Fi section on top

Under the Wi-Fi screen select the Wi-Fi that you are connected to
(The one with the green check mark beside it)
Look for "Router" on that screen and enter the IP address below

In this example, router IP address is 192.168.1.1. Enter the IP information below and our tool will direct you to the next step.

Other

Look for default gateway

Default gateway is likely listed under your network settings. Look for your network settings and locate the IP settings. Default gateway is necessary for computer networking and therefore it is configured if you are connected to the Internet.
